Stahls’ Hotronix® Air FUSION® Heat Press
The Stahls’ Hotronix® Air FUSION® heat press uses air-powered technology to improve your production times. Offered with an adjustable height pedestal (tabletop version also available), the Air Fusion heat press comes standard with a 16” by 20” platen. Optional quick change platens in various sizes are available. This heat press requires the use of a compatible air compressor (not included) and reaches 120 PSI for high pressure applications. The Air Fusion is ideal for high volume, high pressure applications including media transfers, direct-to-garment printing and embossing.
This air-powered heat press is loaded with advanced features that make your heat pressing tasks easier and more efficient. For example, it features full Threadability on the lower platen which means no more removing a garment, flipping it, and repositioning it in order to decorate both sides. Instead, simply rotate the garment and press where desired. The auto-open, auto-swing design of the Air Fusion, coupled with a foot pedal, will also help you work more efficiently as you press t-shirts, caps, aprons, jerseys, and other garments.
The Air Fusion also automatically adjusts the pressure based on the item’s thickness, an exclusive feature you’ll find only on the Hotronix Air Fusion! You can also store your favorite settings in the touchscreen control panel, keep track of production cycle counts, and more. Up to four different time and pressure settings can be programmed.
The Air Fusion heat press is an excellent companion to the UniNet iColor 600 or iColor 500 white media transfer printer, especially if you operate in a high volume production environment. These printers include white toner, and florescent toner, security toner, and clear toner kits are available as an option.
