These 4"x12" Matte tags are great to use with the Epson TM-C3500, TM-C3400 and TM-C7500 color inkjet printers. Once you print the 4x12 tag, you can fold at the 6 inch perforation to produce a front and back of a 4x6 name tag which can then be inserted in a holder.
