DuraFast 7.5 mil C2S Valeron® combines superior printability with unmatched structural integrity. This cross-laminated high density polyethylene (HDPE) film is manufactured using a proprietary process that bonds multiple layers at opposing angles, creating exceptional tear resistance in all directions—eliminating the weak points common in standard oriented films. The distinctive cross-hatch pattern visible on the surface identifies genuine Valeron® construction. Minor wrinkles may occur during manufacturing due to this complex lamination process; these cosmetic variations do not affect performance. Valeron® delivers one year of outdoor durability and superior chemical resistance, outperforming conventional polypropylene and polyester tags in extreme conditions.
