Epson will replace parts from the Select 14 Key Parts Plan during the Initial Plan or Second Plan, as applicable, or one
million two hundred thousand (1,200,000) pages per Plan, for a maximum of Four (4) Plans and six million (6,000,000)
pages, whichever occurs first.
