Free Shipping on Most Orders Valued at $500 or More (Effective March 20, 2020)
DuraFast Label Company offers free shipping on label and ink supplies (and some small desktop printers) valued at $500 or above to the continental USA with a few exceptions. Items that require special handling, LTL freight shipping, or that come on pallets will incur shipping and/or handling costs. LTL freight shipping generally applies to items weighing more than 50 pounds.
Items that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via ground shipping.
Turnaround Time for Free Shipping
Orders placed on DuraFast Label.com are usually shipped within one business day via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Items typically ship from our Toronto or US warehouses for fast delivery across USA. For free shipping, allow enough time for your order to arrive via ground service. Free shipping will generally take 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. If you need faster shipping, other options via UPS Express and FedEx Express are available for an additional charge and will be presented to you upon checkout.
- Note that free shipping does not apply for items that require LTL freight, special handling, or that come on pallets. This includes heavy and large, bulky items. LTL is generally used for items weighing between 150 to 15,000 pounds.
