Epson Ink Cartridges

DuraFast Label Company carries original replacement Epson ink cartridges for all of the Epson color label printers that we sell such as the Epson GP-C831, Epson TM-C3400, Epson TM-C3500. Epson TM-C7500 (matte), Epson TM-C7500G (gloss), and Epson TM-C7500GE (Graphics Edition).

Types of Epson Ink Cartridges

Epson ink cartridges are available in OEM Epson ink cartridges designed for specific label printer models. Depending on the model, your label printer may require:

• A single tricolor Epson ink cartridge — These Epson ink cartridges contain cyan, yellow, and magenta ink which are combined to form a composite black.
• Two Epson ink cartridges (one tricolor ink cartridge and a separate black ink cartridge) — This Epson ink system is more efficient because your color inks are not used to produce black.
• Four individual Epson ink cartridges — Having individual Epson ink cartridges for each color is the most efficient of all. When you run out of a color, you only need to replace that color ink cartridge. With tricolor cartridges, you’d have to replace all three colors — even if you have plenty left.
• Epson DURABrite® Ultra pigment inks — Most of the Epson ColorWorks label printers we sell use Epson DURABrite® Ultra pigment inks. These Epson ink cartridges produce the most durable prints. The printed labels dry immediately and do not smudge or smear. When used with a GHS BS5609 label printer from Epson and compatible DuraFast Chemical label stock, the labels will withstand the harshest environmental conditions including long term immersion in saltwater.
• Epson pigment ink cartridges for glossy labels — The Epson TM-C7500G (gloss) color label printer uses Epson UltraChrome DL pigment Epson ink cartridges. However, these contain modified pigment inks specially formulated for glossy media. Thus, the Epson TM-C7500G uses different a different type of Epson ink than the DURABrite® Ultra ink which works best with matte label media.
